Trudy & Martyn’s Wedding Day at Coombe Abbey

I recently photographed the wedding of the lovely Trudy and Martyn at the fabulous Coombe Abbey in Warwickshire.  I was very much looking forward  to their wedding as I have met with them both on numerous occasions to discuss their photography requirements.  One of our meetings at the venue was for their pre wedding / engagement photo shoot and it was Trudy and Martyn’s wish that I take as many photographs of them together on their wedding day.  This really  is ‘music to my ears’ as often there isn’t enough time scheduled into the wedding day to spend  time with the couple to take some photographs as well as the standard formal group photographs of  bridal party, close family and friends.    These images below are just a few of my favourites from the day.  Thank you Trudy and Martyn for making me feel so welcome on your special day and for putting aside the time for us to take lots of photographs of the two of you.  I had a fantastic time.

If you are planning your wedding day, and of course booking your photographer, the best piece of advise I could give to you would be to ensure that you set aside around 20 minutes to half an hour of uninterrupted ‘quality’ time for your chosen photographer to take your couple shots.  Trudy and Martyn have some fantastic photographs of themselves, that I know they will truly treasure forever.
