Meet little Daisy May… what a sweetheart and a joy to photograph. She slept all the way through her first photo shoot and didn’t cry once. Totally adorable. The absolute best time to photograph a newborn is when they are under two weeks old. Obviously at this age they sleep a lot but it is such a precious time that should be captured on camera. All of these images were taken in natural light, with just a little bounced flash at the baby’s home. The white bed was a perfect backdrop for taking these images and it did help that the room she was photographed in was really bright and airy.
