I recently headed into Hinckley Town Centre to photograph Hinckley’s first pancake race (fancy dress was optional!). The race began at Market Place and headed up Castle Street with stops at certain points for the participants to show off their pancake tossing skills. I went for a little walk over to Hollycroft Park today just to take a few shots of the snow. Hinckley, for some reason, has missed a lot of the recent snow that seems to have covered the whole of the country, but we finally got a lovely white blanket overnight… gorgeous!
